Bill Catlin


Mr. Catlin’s experience covers forty (40) years of construction experience including 16 years of executive management and 11 years of project management experience. Responsibilities ranged from Project Manager, Area Manager, Vice President – Operations, to President, primarily for heavy civil direct hire construction and reconstruction projects. Project experience encompasses dams, locks, gated spillways, powerhouses, airports and highway improvements, and light rail mass transit facilities as well as all aspects of construction engineering and estimating. He has managed projects in the US as well as the Middle East and Pacific Rim.
